These Terms govern your access to and use of tallyboardpro.com and TallyBoardPro plans.

1. Scope

“TallyBoardPro”, “we”, “our” refers to TallyBoardPro Systems Inc., 200 Bay St, Suite 1200, Toronto, ON M5J 2J2, Canada (PIPEDA: 785943120RC0001). “You” refers to any visitor or user of our site and plans.

2. Use of the website

You may use this site and service for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Information is provided to help you understand features and plans and may evolve over time.

3. Plans and charges

Plan charges are shown on our pricing section and may change with notice. We’ll outline inclusions for each plan clearly.

4. Billing & taxes

Amounts are shown in Canadian dollars (CA$). Applicable taxes may be added. Charges recur monthly until cancelled.

5. Changes & cancellations

  • You can change plans or cancel at any time from your settings.
  • Changes take effect from your next billing period unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund Policy

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@tallyboardpro.com within 14 days with details. We will review and respond. Outcomes may include corrections or partial refunds where appropriate.

This does not affect rights under mandatory consumer rules in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TallyBoardPro is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data due to third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, subject to mandatory law.
